1. VBM Combat (AFV: Armoured Infantry Fighting Vehicle)
The VBM Combat is the basic version of the Arrow is equipped with a turret HITFIST 25 Plus with KBA cannon 25 mm (HITFIST of Oto Melara and KBA Rheinmetall Italy S.p.A.). To the right of the tower two optical systems are installed (one of which in the version Command Post) that are Lothar (Land Optronic Thermal Aiming Resource) and Janus (both Galileo Avionica). The Janus system allows you to search on the ground without moving the turret (which happens instead for Lothar).
While the Lothar system presents a small wiper, Janus system does not have, that lack high-speed and hostile environments, carry the optical system to become dirty with no possibility of cleaning.
