The ARX 160 is a NATO assault rifle caliber 5.56 x 45 mm, 7.62 x 39 mm and 6.8 x 43 mm (Remington SPC), developed and manufactured by Beretta. The ARX 160 was developed during the new millennium alongside the Army's Future Soldier Italian program. In 2008, the weapon system was presented as a standalone product by the program and over the years has seen many changes and updates.
